Patient Accounts Customer Service Representative

We pride ourselves on customer service and patient advocacy.
We have open positions located onsite at our respective clients in the following areas:
Glendale, Fresno, San Bernardino, San Mateo, and Orange County.

Utilize your excellent communication skills to screen patients |

Add to your professional growth and evaluate patients for a potential third party sources
(i.e., Medi-Cal, VOC, WC, TPL, CCS, etc.)

Obtain documentation necessary to verify the patient’s eligibility, and increase your knowledge of government agencies.

Act as a liaison between the patient, client, county and state offices to facilitate the application process.
